Maspalomas

Some consider it the most beautiful of all the fantastic beaches of the island. And we understand why. Fine white sand backed by vast, wind-sculpted dunes, set against the blue sea, waits for you all year round. The amazing natural beauty comes at a price, however, as this area is often crowded, especially where the sun beds are located.

You'll find this beach divided into four areas: the first perfect for families and kids, the second and the fourth nudist zones and the third for the gay community.

Like Playa del Inglés, this beach also provides everything you’d look for to enjoy a fabulous day at the beach inclusive of all sports and leisure facilities you can imagine as well as lots of beach bars, restaurants and shops.

But that’s not all. There’s so much more entertainment and fun to be found in the nearby surroundings or just a few kilometres north of Maspalomas with attractions such as Aqualand Maspalomas (the biggest water park on the island), Holiday World (an extensive amusement park with a Ferris wheel), Palmitos Park (an ornithological park with aquarium, butterfly house and orchids), Sioux City (a Wild West theme park), and the fascinating Mundo Aborigen (“a place of cultural, social and historical interest”, according to the Canarian government).

Maspalomas beach is a true paradise for all beach and fun lovers, for families with children as well as for sun worshippers, especially if you want to get away from the cold north European winter!
